How do I log into the Redback Platform ?

Once you have a webinar planned with Redback Connect, you will receive a dedicated URL to your event. Click on this URL. You have to enter your email address as well as a password that will be provided to you to access.
Once you’re inside, you will be in the backend of the presenter center. The first thing you can see are the audio and video settings. By scrolling down you will be able to choose your microphone, output sound and the video camera for the webinar. You can also choose the call quality which is determined by your broadband at home.
